We are attempting to grow our own carrots this year. This is what happens when I forget to thin (pull and evenly space) my carrot seedlings...teeny tiny baby carrots.
Many of them were all twisted together like lovers. :-) Some were thinner than shoelaces, others the width of my pinky finger. I'm thinking I'll trim these and use them in some Asian lettuce wraps. Yum!
